Ljuljaške kao interesantan deo urbanog mobilijara u sklopu vizuelnih komunikacija Novog Sada, zamišljene su kao mesta okupljanja, opuštanja, inspiracije i druženja namenjena svim uzrastima, a ne samo deci.
Pod organizacijom EPK, za realizaciju projekta je zadužena bila Gradska uprava za gradjevinsko zemljište i investicije, dok je investitor projekta bio Grad Novi Sad.
Izvođači radova na projektu jesu Totem tim doo i Balkanija doo.
