Swings, as an interesting part of urban furniture as part of the visual communications of Novi Sad, were conceived as places of gathering, relaxation, inspiration and socializing intended for all ages, not just children.
Under the organization of EPK, the City Administration for Construction Land and Investments was responsible for the implementation of the project, while the project investor was the City of Novi Sad.
The contractors for the project are Totem team doo and Balkanija doo.
